Special Metals Inconel® 625 ERNiCrMo-3 1/16" Dia Ni-Cr-Mo Filler Metal Wire comes on a 30 lb spool and exhibits resistance towards a wide range of severely corrosive environments. It is suitable for use in chemical processing, aerospace and marine engineering, pollution-control equipment as well as nuclear reactors. Nickel alloy welding wire can be used for gas metal arc and gas tungsten arc welding of Inconel® Alloy 625, Incoloy® Alloy 825, Incoloy® Alloy 25 6MO and a range of high alloy austenitic as well as super austenitic stainless steels. Wire having tensile strength of 105000 psi is highly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion. This filler metal can be used for surfacing of steel and welding 9% Ni steels as well as a wide range of corrosion resistant alloys like alloy 20. Wire can also be used for joining and overlaying with INCOFLUX NT100 submerged ArcFlux. Wire supports dissimilar joints involving Inconel® and Incoloy® Alloys, carbon steels, low-alloy steels and stainless steels.
